Another year on earth slips away Part 1
Another year on earth slips away

Part 1
Slowly we slip through space into a new day, seconds, minutes pass the mark, 00H00 midnight the clock strikes, a new year marked on a calendar, a piece of paper, where the paper does not even realize the importance of that new day.
What happened yesterday, Last year?
What happened with all the best wishes and the blessing which have been sent to thousands of people over the globe at the end of 2018, beginning 2019?
What will happen with all the best wishes and blessings you are IN THE PROCESS TO send for the year 2020?
DO YOU REALLY WANT TO MAKE AN IMPACT WITH BLESSINGS TO THOSE AROUND YOU THIS COMING YEAR, PLEASE READ FURTHER?
When you send messages on Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram and per e-mail;
Do you really mean what you say in your message “We wish you a blessed and happy new year” are we sincere with our message
OR
Do you send it to feel good about yourself, implying that you care?
Close your eyes for a moment, think,
“2,5 Billion users worldwide on Facebook; 1,5 Billion Users worldwide on WhatsApp; 330 Million active users on Twitter and 111 Million active users on Instagram”’.
Did you know that there is?
– 2,4 Billion Christians over the globe, 29% of the population,
– 1.9 billion Islam (Muslims) over the globe, 24.6 % of the total population,
– 1,2 Billion Secular / Nonreligious / Agnostic / Atheist over the globe, 13.91% of the total population,
– 1,15 Billion Hinduism over the globe, 14.28% of the total population.
In the memory of the human calendar, the year 2019 lies scars, pain, sicknesses, divorce, death, some with huge financial losses, some is still in a season of famine, due to the year 2018, some will say they had an excellent year, but still with scars and so we can go on and on. Wars of greediness, the power play between humans, me, myself and I.
Last year approximately 3.1 million children died from undernutrition (UNICEF, 2018a). Hunger and undernutrition contribute to more than half of global child deaths, as undernutrition can make children more vulnerable to illness and exacerbate disease (UNICEF, 2018a). This gives us 8493 children per day, 353 per hour and 5,8 children per second.
What about the elderly people, what about the orphans, what about the widowers, what about the poor and the homeless.
What happened to all the best wishes and blessings sent out to all the people in the figures mentioned?
Why did these blessings and best wishes make no differences, no impact on humans and the human calendar, these negative figures just increase yearly?
With these figures in my mind, I sit without words, struck with an emptiness deep inside me.
I experience heartache, pain. What can I say? What can I do? I’m speechless! What approach can we have this year with our wishes send to make an impact?
