Fear God, obey His rules, receive His Love.

God is a God of Love, caring and Grace.

I’m sure that most of you will agree with me, this is what the Word of God teaches us.

BUT

Does anyone understand these words, “FEAR GOD”
According to the Strong’s, fear means:

FEAR

I’ve been in the army, from day one they train you to fear the Sergeant when he says something you do, you dare not go against him or the rules he teaches you if you make a mistake he punish you because should you enter into a war situation you can’t allow mistakes, a mistake can cause you to die or maybe one of your friends.

After a while, when you are trained to comply with the rules and regulations, it becomes less difficult and you start to realize that the sergeant makes you fear him to protect yourself and your mates, even if you did hate him at that time. In conflict situations the sergeant can trust you that you will do the right thing, not because you fear him anymore, but because your life depends on discipline, obeying rules, observing, try not to make a mistake that can cost you your life.

God laid down commandments, rules, and regulations within His kingdom for His children.

One of the rules is “FEAR GOD”!

Why must I fear God, if this fear is absent from your heart, you will not honor His commandments, rules, and regulations. You won’t understand His love.

Understanding this fear is important, the fear for God will bring you to a place of repentance and a place where you will honor
His commandments, rules, and regulations. A Place of BLESSINGS.

The full meaning to stand within the Grace of God is to FEAR God, obeying His commandments, His rules and regulations.

His commandment is Love. Love your God with all you have, love one another, love your enemies, love yourself with the unconditional love that God did put in you.

This unconditional Love He gave us, bring understanding to “FEAR God”, understanding that it is imperative to your life, you can lose it or find it.

To FEAR HIM is to LOVE HIM.

His unconditional love for you allows you to overcome FEARING HIM, meaning you have a relationship with Him, you Honour Him and respect Him as your God. His unconditional Love will teach you how to follow His Holy Spirit, teaching you what it means to “crucify yourself”.

Those who FEAR Him in His unconditional Love will lack nothing.

WHY?

You will respect Him, Honour Him, obeying His commandments, rules, and regulations.

“Fear the LORD, you are His saints, for those who fear Him lack nothing. Young lions go lacking and hungry, but those who seek the LORD lack nothing. Come, children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the LORD.…” {Ps 34:9-11}

Why would I lack nothing, His Love, will follow me when I need something, He will give without me asking, He will give before I desire something.

“Therefore, I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air: They do not sow or reap or gather into barns— and yet your Heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?” (Matt. 6: 25-27}

“For after all these things do the Gentiles seek: for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things”. {Matthew 6:32}

In FEARING God within His Perfect LOVE, He conquers (overcome and take control) for you, your economical fear over your finances, of your health. He replaces worry, anxiety, stress, depression with His Unconditional Love.
He teaches you what LOVE is.

“The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether”. {Psalm 19:9}

The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogance, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate. {Proverbs 8:13}

“By mercy and truth iniquity is purged: and by the fear of the Lord men depart from evil.” {Proverbs 16:6}

“The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction” {Proverbs 1:7}.

“Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord, and turn away from evil. It will be healing to your flesh and refreshment to your bones” {Proverbs 3:7–8, ESV}

“But as for me, I will come into thy house in the multitude of thy mercy: and in thy fear will I worship toward thy holy temple” {Psalm 5:7}.

“He hath given meat unto them that fear him: he will ever be mindful of his covenant” {Psalm 111:5}

“Surely his salvation is nigh them that fear him; that glory may dwell in our land” {Psalm 85:9}.

“The fear of the Lord tendeth to life: and he that hath it shall abide satisfied; he shall not be visited with evil” {Proverbs 19:23}.

“Behold, the eye of the Lord is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy; To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine” {Psalm 33:18–19}.

“Then they that feared the Lord spake often one to another: and the Lord hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the Lord, and that thought upon his name. And they shall be mine, saith the Lord of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels . . .” {Malachi 3:16–17}.

“Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God” {Ephesians 5:21}.

“He will fulfill the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them” {Psalm 145:19}

“Having, therefore, these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God” {II Corinthians 7:1}

Trust in God, Fear God and not the world and the world systems.

Know that He is taking care of you as you sit there reading this.

His perfect plan for you is set, it can’t be changed, all He asks, gives yourself up, lives His plan, Honours Him, obeys His commandments, Fear Him, Love Him with the Love He gave you.

Allow Him to take care of you.
